IBM® Service and Support Manager with IBM Electronic Service Agent™ (ESA), which is integrated with the management software, is a valuable resource for problem-solving. If configured and activated in the management software, ESA automatically reports hardware problems to IBM Support and collects system service information for monitored systems.
