Drives do not function after de-scaling a multi-node system.

  1. Ensure proper procedure for de-scaling was followed.
  2. Verify all cables and storage trays, backplane and raid card are fully seated.
  3. Verify that RAID has been set up properly for the new configuration.
  4. Contact IBM Support.
