Use the information in this section to troubleshoot squealing,
scratching, grinding, or groaning noises from a power supply or fan
module.
Action
Remove the power supplies and fan
modules one at a time. If the noise stops, replace the power supply
or fan module that you just removed.
Note: When you remove and replace
the power supplies and fan modules, these events will be displayed
in the event logs.
