Complete the following steps until
the problem is solved:
- Isolate the network (such as storage, data, or management) that
is operating slowly. Use ping tools or operating-system tools such
as a task manager or resource manager to isolate the network.
- Check for traffic congestion on the network.
- Update the device driver for the node that is related to the NIC
or for the storage device controller.
- Use the traffic diagnostic tools that are provided by your I/O
module manufacturer.
