Complete the following steps:

1. Remove scalability card and check for damaged connectors on the system board, and check for bent pins on the scalability card. Replace any damaged hardware
2. (Trained service technician only) Remove affected Processor and inspect Processor socket pins for damaged or mis-aligned pins. If damage is found, replace the system board.
