Complete the following steps:
- If this is a newly installed option, ensure that matching Processor CPUs are installed in the correct Processor CPU sockets according to the service information for this product
- Check IBM support site for an applicable retain tipservice bulletin or firmware update that applies to this Processor error.
- (Trained Service technician only) Replace Processor. Inspect Processor socket and replace the system board first if socket is damaged.
