Getting Started wizard for update manager indicates that some systems are not supported

After selecting systems in the Getting Started wizard, a message is displayed indicating that some of the systems are not supported.

Problem

After selecting system in the update manager Getting Started Wizard, message 'ATKUPD065W The default update types do not currently support all of the selected systems' is displayed.

Investigation

For each affected system that should be supported by IBM® Flex System Manager, ensure that the system is unlocked and that software inventory has been collected for it. Some delay can occur between inventory being collected and processed, so wait some time before trying the Getting Started wizard again.

Explanation

Updates are supported only for certain operating systems and hardware platforms. The affected systems might not be one of these supported platforms.

When there is no update support currently available for any aspect of a given system, the Getting Started wizard indicates that IBM Flex System Manager does not support updating the system.
