If the Low Profile Riser (LPR) is not installed in the PCIe Expansion Node (PEN), then the LPR needs to be installed in the PEN to remove this alert and allow the system to power on.
If the LPR is installed, then remove the Compute Node and PEN from the chassis, and remove the LPR. Reinstall the LPR in the base planar in the PEN, and verify if this alert has been cleared.
If this alert continues to occur, then replace the LPR. If after replacing the LPR, the alert continues to occur, then replace the base planar on the PEN.
