- Remove scalability card and check for damaged connectors on the system board, and check for bent pins on the scalability card. Replace any damaged hardware
- (Trained service technician only) Remove affected Processor and inspect Processor socket pins for damaged or mis-aligned pins. If damage is found, replace the system board.
